About this development
These semi-detached villas with garages are being built first line at the “La Serena Golf” resort in Los Alcazares, 1.5 km from the Mar Menor, an inland sea separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a spit of land. It is a very popular spot for various water sports such as surfing, kayaking, sailing, and swimming. The water there is always warmer than the Mediterranean Sea and is only 7 meters deep at its deepest point. The charming village of Los Alcazares is within walking distance and features a beautifully landscaped promenade, a small harbor, and nice eateries. Hikers and birdwatchers can enjoy the nearby “Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar” nature park. For a city trip, you can visit lively Murcia and Cartagena. These semi-detached villas with 99 m² of living space are true gems where great attention has been paid to the design, both inside and out. The eye-catcher inside is the natural stone wall decoration. On the exterior, the facades are clad partly in tiles and natural stone. The concrete pergola is of a unique design, providing the necessary shade for the terrace on the first floor and partly for the solarium. The ground-floor terrace features a beautiful elongated swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen/BBQ with a refrigerator, and a toilet. There are three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms and another bathroom are located on the first floor. One of the two bedrooms on the first floor has an adjoining terrace. The 37 m² living room with open kitchen on the ground floor is beautifully bright thanks to the glass sliding doors on two sides. The solarium is 30 m², and naturally, there is a private driveway. Underground, there is a wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and a garage, making the whole package very complete. Obtaining a rental license for these homes is no problem.
